Patch 20675595 enterprise manager for oms plugins 12.1.0.4.10

I've already install this Patch 20675595 enterprise manager for oms plugins 12.1.0.4.10

but the enterprise manager still show me the patch in recommended patch and when i click About enterprise manager from sysman drop down list, it shows me the Version is 12.1.0.4.0
