How to monitor a sql query by elapsed time or cpu time?

Hello,

I would like to setup monitoring/alerts on a specific query that takes up a lot of cpu time per hour and shows a lot of elapsed time in AWR. I can't seem to find the right metric threshold in the monitoring template. Am I missing it, or do I need to setup a custom threshold?
