Example Source 190-0000-0000-180002-501 target 999-0000-0000-180002-501. YTD amount

Inquiry on line show YTD amount for  190-0000-0000-180002-501 is 122, 626,299.31

Journal entry generated is 2 lines for target account , the 1st one DR 122,804502.22 and 2nd is CR 245,430,801.56 for a net amount of 122,626,299.31.

Is this normal behaviour? I this a bug? to me one line CR amount of 122,626,299.31 should have been generated.
