Failure to configure HA VIPs as part of ODA VP upgrade from 2.10 to 12.1.2.2.0?

Hi Folks

Has anyone successfully upgraded the ODA VP from 11 to 12 whilst having an existing shared repo?

We were doing this upgrade yesterday on a test system but it broke - the INFRA & GI updates were successful but none of the shared repos will come up. The reason is that the new 12c HA VIP resources are missing, so whenever you try to bring up the repo you get:

OAKERR8038 The filesystem could not be exported as a crs resourceOAKERR:5003 Command execution unsuccessful for Command=/u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid/bin/srvctl add exportfs -id havip_0 -ath /u01/app/sharedrepo/obox -name obox_0 -clients 192.168.16.24 -options rw,no_no_root_squash,no_wdelay
