Compile a srf for two Applications

Hi Guys,

We are having Public sector & Public Sector eService applications in our environment.

What is the best practice to do full compile of srf and deploy.

When we compile we need to select Application in the Configuration Context to whatever applications it needs to used. but when we do full compile do we need select each application and compile as many times as projects we have or do we need to select all applications.

Can you give me more insight about having multiple applications in same environment/instance.
