Assets reclassification?

Hello Everyone,

I want to reclassify a asset to another category with defined cost of it.

Forexample, i have 1 unit of asset in building.land cateogry with cost of 1,700,000. Now i want to reclassify it to category building.building with the cost of 700,000, and remaining amount of asset remains in building.land category.

Is there any possible way to get this requirement. I will appreciate your urgent responses.
