R12 GL-Intercompany setup

Hi,

I have setup a ledger with LE(s), but can't see option for Intercompany

1-Does it need to be done by AGIS?

1.1- If yes, do i need to install it or is there a responsibility i can use and what setup steps are required?

2-how can i setup Intercompany via ASM (i have already done my seup) and in my case where can i go back to complete intercompany

3-Do i need to setup more LEs or  can i use BSV from current Ledger (one LE)?

any advice and steps are appreciated
