Cannot get PM Work Orders to generate 7 days per week.

Have set Business Calendar to 7 days, Shop to 24 hrs, and Resource availability to 7 days.  What else am I missing?  I've seen several questions on how to not get the work orders to generate on the weekends, but I can't locate information on how to get them TO generate.  I also do not need them to push to the next business day.
