FSG fails PERF0005: Oracle error detected in get_def_ldgs - ORA-01403: no data found after upgrade t

we have upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.4 and the existing FSG reports in 11i failing for the above error message.

Please if anybody face similar issue, suggest some solution to fix this error.
