Item Stuck in Order Management Shipping Form
Hi,
We've an issue in shipping transaction. We are using field service and order management modules for Service invoices. One item gone issued from inventory through field service usage but the same item we are unable to ship through order management. The item status in the order is "Awaiting Shipping" and this item is "backordered" in the shipping form.
Usually Item get shipped from inventory when we finish the process from field service and at the same item the item gets moved into shipping execution so we do manual shipping process for the item against associated order.This time we stuck to ship the item because the item is stuck in "backordered" status.
