Repair Statuses Milestones - How to use it?
Hi gurus,
Can you please explain how the milestones can be implemented to retrieve the KPIs in Tech POrtal? There is hardly any documentation on how the milestones should be applied and how they
are being used for the calculation.
For example with statuses below what milestone(s) should be applied? What does the entitlement milestone do?
Open -> Received in warehouse (MILESTONE: REPAIR START)
Open -> Cancelled (MILESTONE: REPAIR END?)
Open -> Hold
Received in warehouse -> Repair in Progress ?
Received in warehouse -> Cancelled
Received in warehouse -> Hold
Hold -> Received in warehouse
Hold -> Open
Hold -> Repair Completed
