Where Can I View The Total Accrued PTO In SSHR And When Is the Accrual formula running?

Hello Gurus,

If I don't use Payroll Balance to store gross accruals Where can i View it?

When I create absence in LOA then I choose the absence type which is associated with the accrual plan that I have defined, the accrual formula will run?

Any suggestions
