Quantity Shipped Updates during OP receipt???

Hello Every One,

I am facing one critical issue in ST/OT order if at ST side quantity shipped is 50 the SOQS field updated to 50 but at OT side if quantity is received less or more than 50 for example if

quantity receipt is 60 then at ST side the quantity shipped get updated to 60 i.e SOQS get updated to 60 which is creating problem for Business to trace discrepancy

can any one help me out from where I can correct the setup so that this scenario doesn't happen.
