Interfacing with external cash management system

We manage another system to do all the tasks of cash management (i.e. reconciliation and clearing). Now, We would like to interface the external cash management system with oracle and would like to import RECONCILED items on the ledger. Is that possible? Due to wider organization structure we cannot get rid of the external cash management system.
