Annual Close report not updated CRCD field

Hi,

We have run R098201 for annual close and found some object accounts CRCD field is Blank.  There are around 300 objects accounts which have CRCD field as blank.  There is another line for same blank object accounts with CRCD field correctly updated.  This is being accumulated from 2013 onwards.

Can we remove these rows from F0902??

Why this CRCD field in Blank in F0902.
