Simultaneous-Best-Effort for RTP and SRTP

If anyone has had a similar problem, please let me know:

I am using a 3820 SBC w/ S-CZ7.2 firmware load and I am trying to allow both SRTP and RTP to work within the same realm.

I created a media-sec-policy that is using the "any" mode and I have TLS established between the SBC and the CUCM.

I also have the sdes-profile set to "simultaneous-best-effort"

The correct sdes-profile is applied to the media security policy because when I change the mode to "SRTP" calls work, but when the call is transferred to voicemail it fails since it is only using RTP.
