Include URL in Affected items tables

I am looking for advise on the best way to include the Hyperlinks in the Agile interface.

We have an attribute in the ECO Affected items table which points to the Drawing object.

Users would like the ability to click on this link and invoke the drawing (object or attachment) directly.

Unfortunately, there is no provision to include hyperlinks AS-IS. Any recommendation are welcome.
