eAM Mobile app support to Quality ; Is it released for Android and Windows

As far as we understand, the 2014 Sep release supported only Apple versions (iPad, iPhone) with no integration with Quality, DFF and personalizations

We are looking to implement mobile app (for eAM) in our global facilities as a strategy.

Can anyone address the following.

1) Is there any mobile app version we could track the latest status? Is there any release notes available for Mobile app ?

2) Is the current version released for Windows? Does it support Quality, DFF, Personalizations ?

3) Does Oracle provide any device certification like they typically do in MSCA/WMS platforms ?

If yes, what are the devices currently certified ?
