Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Address Book Privacy Not Working (p01138)

1 - Address Book Constants are set - P0000/Activate Personal Data Security = Y

2 - 2 Permission Lists Established - P01138/

ACTIVE EMP > Search Type = E, all Personal Data (except email) selected
TERM EMP > Search Type = X, all Personal Data (except email) selected

3 -In the (row exit to) P95922, when trying to add roles to the list relationships, get the following error.

For ACTIVE EMP, got the error but was able to add all roles found after clicking OK

For TERM EMP, cannot get roles moved left (added), and cannot make the change actually impact the roles, due to this error

Any advice would help, didn't have this issue when testing in QA, and we are live now with a big issue.
