the system is not forcing the applicants to have an answer selected for VEVRAA disability or militar

I have found the fields for VEVRAA disability and military disclosure are not required fields and therefore applicants are not answering the questions.

By not answering the questions, these field are blank.

Is there an update to make these fields required?
