Inventory Flex Accounting

Can Inventory Flex Accounting be used to take a subledger record as buisines unit?

I have DMAAI 4124 as follows:

Company  00001  - Doc type  II- GL Class  IN30 -  Account   ______.6310

and I created a flex account record to 4124 dmaai using doc type II as follows:

Business unit               File Name          Data Item

X                                   F4111               SBL.

I created a transaction II with MCU=30, subledger type C and subledger =310. The juournal entries is pointed to 30.6310 account and I expected to affect 310.6310 account.

Can anyone helpme?
