Siebel Composer in Sample DB

Hi,

I see a sample application for Siebel Web tools in IP 2015. This is a new feature called composer. When I modified any object, say, applet, I am not able to see it in Publish view of Administration - Runtime Configuration view. Is Siebel composer supported in Sample DB?
