Real Application Testing issue

Experimenting with Real Application Testing (11.2.0.3 source, 5-node RAC with 12.1.0.2 testing, 5-node RAC) and when I run the start_capture procedure (exec dbms) , I get a wait state:  enq:RR - contention. Has anyone seen this behavior?  I've tried the same code on 2 other systems, a single node and 3-node RAC and I have been able to capture the logs. Something is different on our 5-node that I can't pin down.

Any help would be appreciated,
