How to avoid reading deleted redlined records

From my PX, I am reading from the TABLE_REDLINEMANUFACTURERS table. It appears as though deleted records from the Redlined section are also returned. How do I determined what records are deleted when they are returned? Is there a way to filter out the deleted records?
