Order Lines Missing Workflow
In the last few weeks, we have been experiencing a sporadic and random occurrence of order lines being created that are missing their workflows. The orders can be booked, and they are showing up in ASCP for production, but when we then try to ship, we're unable to release the order lines because of the line workflow missing.
So far we've seen the issue on:
- Multiple order types
- Manually entered orders
- Orders from Quotes
- Multiple users
- Some orders are all of the lines, others it's a portion
For example, today we had one order line out of everything entered today that had it's workflow missing.
