Invite to join audio stream reply is 400-bad request

We have Cisco call flow that outdials a number with string 91XXXXXXXXXX.  We have chosen a voice gateway to send such outbound calls.  It works when the original call leg is delivered on a Cisco 38345 voice gateway but not when delivered to our 3820 SBC.  Call is setup and dialed on gateway but audio is never connected and disconnects as soon as it is answered because SBC sends a bad request to audio invite.  Not sure what configuration would correct this.
