18820146:R12.JE.B XML Report Templates and Data Definitions Not Automatically Loaded By Patch

Hello,

The following patch has been applied:

18820146:R12.JE.B JEILAVCR OUTPUT HAVE TRANSLATION PROBLEMS IN US AND HEBREW NLS AND IN ADDRESS

There are many templates and data definition files in:

18820146\je\patch\115\publisher\

18820146\jg\patch\115\publisher\

18820146\jl\patch\115\publisher\

After patching, one of the reports tested was still the same before patching.

To have this modifications available on the system they had to upload via the XML Publisher responsibility via the Template and Data Definitions options, after doing that the report is working correctly.

Shouldn't the patch have done this?
