So Move order has been created and the move order is in pre-approved status and I have tried to appr

We have created a Account alias transactions where the Item does not have enough on hand quantity. So Move order has been created and the move order is in pre-approved status and I have tried to approve it manually but the Approve button got disabled. .So I tried to transact move order but the it giving error like. Item does not have enough on hand in order to transact.

Please advise me how the move order will get approve and when the PO will get create against this move order requisition. Is there any program do I need to run to get the move order approve
