siebl reports icon missing on Open UI

We have completed with our BIP integration with Siebel on our environment. However, when we started testing, we noticed that the reports icon was missing on the Open UI. On the High Interactivity version, the report icon is visible and we were able to upload and run reports.  We found the following doc on Oracle support regarding this behaviour: Report Icon Not Showing up / Missing In 8.1.1.9, 8.1.1.10 (GA Version) Open UI In FINS Object Manager ( Doc ID 1530934.1 ) We have the latest patch of siebel on our environment. Could you please let us know how to fix this?
