How can extend service warranty contract with offer for Annual Maintenance Contract.

Hi Everyone!

how it could be possible to in oracle service Contract, After completion of service Warranty, Send quotation to customer for extension of service Warranty Contract.but there are two types of "Annual Maintenance Contract" offer.

  • - Comprehensive (Labour & Parts)
  • - Labour Only 

How can be mapped in Oracle Application.kindly guide me & if any one have documents please share it with me.
