Adding New Transactions in P0018

Hello,

Tax records not created in Tax table due to R09801 post report flag was not activated.

Now when adding new records manually in P0018 - data is getting saved in F0018 with new batch number and post status as blank.

Can anyone guide us what's significance of that and is there anything else to be done after adding records manually.
