Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. scenario 1

When creating Paid Annual Leave the field isn't rendered.

scenario 2

When creating OverTime the field is rendered and required.

Any suggestions

Pls show me the steps in detail.
