Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Integration interface workflow failed at ImportFile step when importing data file.

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to import comments from the flat file for the Series (XXXXX) which is a string type.

I have selected the levels item and site in the import profile.

I have data file which contains sample data like below:

sdate,level1,level2,comments

05-11-2015,125V10F,Lexington,hello

05-18-2015,125V10F,Lexington,I am a comment

05-25-2015,125V10F,Lexington,Iamacomment

But workflow is failed at ImportFile step. I also verified that bat file path is correct.
