Patching: Slow to download blobs from Proxy

Hi all,

I've had this ongoing issue with Ops Center ever since I began using it two years ago.  When applying a large number of patches to a target server (a Baseline patching job for example), the blobs trickle down to the target server at a frustratingly slow rate.  It can take 3 hours to download 90 blobs.

You can see by the timestamps below on the client server, just how long each blob is taking.  In this case, 21 minutes to download just 4 blobs...
