Currently I am an active My Oracle support ID (MOS) supporting for customer A. I have another customer B who has given me the customer support identifier (CSI) for supporting his Oracle products. Is it possible to add this new CSI to my existing Oracle support ID? In other words, is it possible for a single Oracle support ID to support more than one CSI and how to do so?
