Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

the AWR report contains the following section for Global Cache:

Global Cache and Enqueue Workload Characteristics:

GE Get time (ms)
Avg global cache CR block RECEIVE time (ms)
Avg global cache CU block RECEIVE time (ms)

Global Cache and Enqueue Messaging Statistics:

Avg message SENT queue time (ms)
Avg message RECEIVED queue time (ms)

Which are the optimal value (<=) for every component?
