Siebel DEV is crashing

Hi,

The DEV is crashing every time the team is trying to create the accounts as well as on navigating between different view in the Siebel DEV application.Crash files have also been generated, while examining them, I could not figure out the reason for this. So, Could you please check and let me know what might be causing the issue, files (CSV and crash files are being attached for the reference.

Please let me know in case any other details are needed.
