Rapidwiz fails when look for oraInventory

Hi everybody

Upgrading apps to 122, rapidwiz fails with:

Central inventory does not exist. Skipping central inventory check...

Trying local inventory in Oracle Home...

Cannot find oraInventory

oraInst.loc and oraInventory are located and defined under ORACLE_HOME of the DB tier

Tried creating a new oraInst.loc under /etc given chmod 777 then upgrade rapidwiz to 12.2.0.49 version

but both fails

There is a log file where rapidwiz write how or where is looking for oraInventory?.
