Raw disk gets busy by 11.2 CRS basic processes on Solaris10

Hallo,

luxadm -e offline a raw disk on solaris 10 cause a

devctl: Device busy

even if database and cluster are off ( after a crsctl stop cluster -all )

but 11.2 basic crs  processes are on:

/grid/bin/oraagent.bin

/grid/bin/mdnsd.bin

/grid/bin/gpnpd.bin

/grid/bin/gipcd.bin

Stopping crs, let me offlining the disk ( with a data DG in it).
