Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. 11g to 12c DB Upgrade - Task list

I have upgraded an 11g test database by

1. Install Oracle 12c software

2. Upgrade using "dbua"

3. Apply patches : APR2015 PSU & ORACLE JAVAVM COMPONENT DB PSU.

My query is can I repeat the process by doing 1,3 and then 2..

On the basis that any new DB I create will not requires the patches to be re-applied.
