Default Branch Plant to 30 with my user id???

Hello Every One ,

Can anyone tell I want to do setup for one of id so that user will get default branch plant once logging with his id

for example once user will logging with his id and open P4210 the default branch plant should appear as 30.

Please refer me any white paper if possible.
