During Sales Order Header Entry, the wrong terms code is written

Recently a few of our Sales Orders have picked up '555' as the terms code instead of the terms code that is on the Customer Master record.  '555' means Closed account.  We don't understand why this is happening all of a sudden.  It is not the same user entering the orders.  Has anyone else had this issue.
