Due Dates for Individual Routing Steps

How do I make work order routing steps have their own due dates?  Basically I need to know how to make JDE backschedule from the overall due date of a work order so that each individual routing operation has a logical due date sooner than that of the overall work order.  Right now a lot of the reports I use for scheduling are hard to use because each work center thinks the due date for the overall work order is THEIR due date when in fact it is the due date for the entire project to be completed.  We do
