cMRO Patch Testing

Our organisation has recently upgraded to EBS 12.2.4 in January 2015 after being on 12.0.6 since we implemented the system in 2009.

I am determined to keep cMRO up to date with the latest patches when they become available, where previously we would only install one-off patches which resolved specific issues we were experiencing.

I just wanted to get other cMRO customers opinions on what level of testing you perform in your organisation before installing any cMRO patches into your production environment.

- Do you just install the patches without performing any testing?

- Do you perform patch analysis and based on that target specific areas of cMRO to test?
