E910_TR 9.1.4.3 server manager - synchronization is required ?

hi, pls find attached as it suddenly came up and asked for synchronization..Wondering if there were any changes applied before this ?  how to get rid of this ? Just click on synchronization button ?

After this warning, E1 web user noticed the slowness on the production E1 especially in US and Euro site..

FYI, this user got 2 webservers and , only 1 of these web instance is having this warning..the rest have no such this error..

pls advise....
