SSL in Webcenter content

Hi

We have enabled SSL for Oracle Webcenter content 11g The url for the new instance has rightly been configured as https://localhost:16201/cs. But the WSDLs for this instance still point to the non SSL enabled location i.e. <soap:address location="http://localhost:16200/_dav/cs/idcplg" />. As per our understanding, it should point to SSL enabled location.

Is there any configuration being missed? Any pointers would be appreciated.
