Oracle Service Bus 11.1.1.6 with 12c Database

I have the following products which are back ended by a previous version of the oracle database.  Our DBAs want to upgrade that database to version 12c.  Are these applications certified with a 12c database:

WebLogic Server Version: 10.3.6.0

Oracle Service Bus Version: 11.1.1.6
