Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to Create the Batch for requested Qty

Hi Community,

I get this error when i try creating Batch Details.

This error occurs as a result of conversion exceeds the digitization standard Product qty of oracle that is 5 digits behind the comma (for Batch)

Is there any setup to increase or decrease the decimal point?
