EAM - Fixed Asset @ Asset Number Form

Hi,

While creating a new asset in EAM, I am also entering Fixed Asset information at Enterprise Asset Management (Responsibility) -> Asset Number (Form) -> Others (Tab).

My question is, If I am not using 'Oracle Asset Tracking' module and 'Project' module than what benefit I can achieve in EAM by entering this information?

OR

Can I get the fixed asset details in EAM module (like remaining life of asset and book value, etc.)
