Steps to be followed in Creating a new Operating unit

Hi All,

I have got a requirement of Creation of new Operating unit and new Legal Entity for existing Ledger.

I want to know, what all the steps need to be followed and also do i need to setup any additional profile options or I need to run any programs.

Please do the needful.
